Please inform Ms. Wilkinson that, contrary to her article, Orpheus did not play the harp. He played the lyre. My sources are The Age of Fable by Thomas Bulfinch, and Mythology by Edith Hamilton.

What did Ms. Wilkinson mean by referring to “Tubby the Tuba” as “ineptly named?” I know what inept means, but since the tuba shape is like that of a small tub, how is the title inept?

Also, she refers to Mr. Pokorny’s wife as a woman with “talents both corporate and musical.” If Ms. Wilkinson was referring to Mrs. P.’s physical attributes, the adjective is “corporal,” not “corporate.”

Thanks for providing me and my spouse with weekly laughs and puzzles, unintentional though they might be!
