If elevator passenger safety is the issue, then what standard applies to residents exempted in the city of Chicago? Suspicious Rezko and elevator union involvement have flawed this legislation. Governor Blagojevich needs to know that Illinois condo and apartment owners expect his written support for desired change and we urge his signature on SB0886.
