There is a shift in consciousness happening on our planet that is more cooperative, compassionate and connected to others and to the earth herself. This paradigm shift is more “we” than “me,” where power is shared so it can grow and regenerate. It’s a post-racist view where differences are seen as opportunities for new ideas and growth.
Communication is a bridge to understand and to be understood, so problems can be solved. It’s a more relational, feminine, facilitative leadership style, and we see it embraced by a black man grounded in his body, brilliant mind and soul. We feel and witness the utter excitement of millions of people with this new vision of a world leader.
Barack Obama allows this new force to have a powerful voice, vision and path of action. He ignited the power of the people to organize and become empowered, so together we can now do the hard work-to create healing changes in this 21st century global economy and family. It releases so much energy for transformation. Maybe we can even have some fun in the process.
