Your vote for Veronica Krawczyk as River Forest Township supervisor will support an experienced 15-year township executive. She knows what township government is.  Her leadership has proven her to be creative and organized. She improved township services without increasing our tax levy, now 6 percent lower than when her tenure began.


Among her accomplishments, she expanded and increased programs and services while containing budget increases. She developed and designed our township newsletter, mental health directory, township brochure, initiated a Web site, and established e-mail communications for the township board, committees and staff. Importantly, she fostered communication between governmental agencies and local organizations including an intergovernmental agreement for a joint Oak Park-River Forest bus for seniors and persons with disabilities.


Veronica also reinstated an active River Forest Youth Advisory Board and developed a Senior Board (of which we are members). As members of that River Forest Township Senior Advisory Board, we request your vote be cast for Veronica. Thanks to you.
