Oak Parker Jim Allen was one of 80 participants to rappel down the 27-story façade of the Wit Hotel last weekend in the Skyline Plunge. Allen, a longtime supporter of Respiratory Health Association of Metropolitan Chicago, the charity host of the event, was the only rappeller to wear a tuxedo for the occasion.
