PCC Wellness is a great health care success story. With roots deep in Oak Park and ties to West Suburban Medical Center, PCC now has first-class facilities in Austin, Berwyn, across the West Side and the near west suburbs.
Today PCC is asking for our help as it competes in a social media smackdown with other worthy non-profits for $350,000 of Humana Healthcare’s money. The PCC proposal is to turn the empty lot next door to its Austin location into an urban farm.
