According to Mark Mazrimas, marketing manager of Classic Cinemas, St. Vincent with Bill Murray opens at the Lake Theatre on Thursday, Oct. 23 at 8 p.m. and begins its regular engagement the following day.
Directed by Theodore Melfi and also starring Naomi Watts and Melissa McCarthy, the film, according to Wikipedia, is about “Vincent, a drunken, gambling war veteran retiree, [who] gets recruited by his new single-mom neighbor, Maggie, to watch over her 12-year-old son Oliver. Vincent’s ideas of after-school activities involve racetracks and strip clubs, but eventually the mismatched pair begin to help each other grow up.”
At last, a film for adults (and virtual adults).
